BIENVENIDA.

Hello and welcome to the third El Rincon owner’s newsletter.

Just a reminder that the purpose of the Newsletter is to inform owners, guests and visitors etc of any items of interest that take place in the complex and the local area.

Committee Meeting News

TRAFFIC.

Speed signs are now in place on the entrance gates and painted on the ground inside the gates to show the maximum speed limit within the complex. It is 20 kilometres per hour to protect children that may be playing nearby. Remember the old telly ad. (HIT ME AT 30 MPH).

While on the subject of cars, if a car gate is open please DO NOT ASSUME that it is broken. Just use your remote or car gate key to close it. O.K, if it still will not close IT IS BROKEN.

LOCAL AREA.

The old Vidal supermarket is to reopen shortly as a EURO MART.

The Friendly Bar next to Poco Loco is now under new management.

The Pirate Bar has been reopened as a rock bar,  It is now called QUADZENIA.

The old Austurius Resturant and Cornish Pride cafe have closed.

The Sports Bar now has a play area downstairs where families can have a drink and enjoy themselves while the little ones play and exhaust themselves. PLEASE NOTE that this is NOT A CRECHE.

REMINDERS.

Boring but necessary. Please keep all dogs on leads while inside the community grounds and remember to always carry your “poo” bags.

Feral cats have been a problem in the past so PLEASE do not feed them.

 All pet cats wear collars.

These minutes include discussions from the previous meeting held on 27th January 2012.
The following items have all been completed.

The pool in Phase one has been drained and completely restored ready for the summer season.
Boxes for junk mail have been installed below the post boxes.
A maintenance person has been attending to items that require attention in the complex under the supervision of the president and members of the committee.
The car gates have been refurbished and repainted and are now very reliable and quiet.

The following items have been agreed and are in progress to improve the complex in general.

E mails have been sent to all owners about the car gate changes and cameras.
The new car gate fobs will be available for collection from the office of the administrator from April 4th onwards
All residents and /or visitors with dogs must ensure they are kept on a lead when in the grounds of the complex.
A letter will be sent to the new council to ask for the clearance of the rubbish and weed growth on the waste ground to the East of the complex.
The administrator will contact Gomendio to get confirmation as to when the outstanding snagging within the complex will be completed.
A proposal to update the current intercom system was considered and agreed subject to costs.  Apartments could then allow guests, workmen etc to exit the complex and not accompany them to the pedestrian gate.

As there was no further business the meeting closed at 4.15 P.M.
